New issue of the "Croatian and Comparative Public Administration"

Dear readers and followers, the number 2/2016 of the journal Croatian and Comparative Public Administration has just been issued.

The new issue of the journal contains six scientific papers of which three written in English and three in Croatian. Within first thematic bloc Aleksandra Maksimovska i Aleksandar Stojkov are writing about social responsiveness and service performance of local governments in the case of Macedonia, while Romea Manojlović focuses on the organizational size as a determining factor of performance and quality measurement. Second thematic bloc on public services contains three papers. Mauricio Covarrubias, Adriana Plasencia Diaz and Mauricio Covarrubias Romero write about decentralisation and governance of the education system in Mexico, Desanka Servan focuses on water management as a factor of territorial integration of local units, and Kristijan Karajić is preoccupied with management of archival institutions and programmes. The last thematic block contains a paper on constitutionality and legality control over independent regulatory bodies written by Josip Vučković.

Alongside the scientific articles, this issue contains court and administrative practice of Supreme Administrative court of Croatia and of Ministry of Finance, and a glossary written by Teo Giljević. Finally, a number of news and information about relevant conferences and round tables is published as well.
